At Equip Pickleball, we’re committed to providing top-quality gear and a hassle-free shopping experience. Below are our policies for returns, exchanges, and warranties.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept full responsibility for any order errors, such as incorrect size, item, quantity, or style. If you receive the wrong order, please reach out immediately.

📌 How to Process a Return:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Send us your order number, a photo of the incorrect item(s), and the packing slip.

📢 Change of Mind Policy
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

📢 Exchange & Store Credit
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the product is returned within 30 days in original, unused, and resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

📢 Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been shipped.


🔧 Warranty

All our products come with Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If your item is damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

📌 Warranty Coverage:
✔ Covers manufacturing defects (not regular wear & tear).
✔ Valid for 6 weeks from purchase.
✔ Faulty products may be replaced based on eligibility.

📌 How to File a Warranty Claim:
✔ Provide proof of purchase, date, and price paid.
✔ Submit photos and a description of the defect.
